yorkshire pudding

THE INGREDIENTS THAT YOU WILL NEED

2 large eggs
1 cup (250 ml) of milk
½ tsp. (2 ml) of salt
1 cup (250 ml) of all purpose flour

HOW TO MAKE THE PERFECT BLEND

Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl using a wire whisk.

Start off by whisking the eggs until they are frothy.

Then add the salt and pour the milk in slowly whisking it as you do.

Now slowly add the flour, once again whisking as you do. Keep whisking the batter until it is smooth.

Preheat the oven to 400 F (200 C).

Use the drippings from the roast to evenly coat the cavities of a 12-cavity muffin pan.

Place the muffin pan in the oven for about 5 minuets to pre heat.

Pour 2 and ½ tbl. (45 ml) of batter into each cup and bake for 30 minuets.

Gently loosen and remove from the pan and serve with dinner.

There are few meals as satisfying as roast beef and gravy served with these perfect little fellows.
